Gina Hopkins worked as head chef at the well-renowned Brunswick House before joining the Drapers Arms in July 2014.
Since then, her menus have ensured the Islington pub’s spot on many a passing glutton’s itinerary.
She’s a regular fixture at London foodie events and has cooked at The Drapers Arms’ multi-chef offal extravaganza Glandstonebury and competed in the annual Scotch Egg challenge, which sees chefs from across the country put their pub snack making skills to the test.
