Jamie Cadman has spent the last 18 years of his life cooking at the Inn at Whitewell and, as such, he is an expert on the agriculture of Lancashire and the sheer quality of produce available across it.
Along with his sous chefs Gemma Taylor and James Whaites, he produces a wholesome menu featuring the best produce the local area has to offer.
According to the Inn’s website, Cadman’s other “great love” is fast bikes.
