The venue itself is Little Hucklow’s newest independent pub and sits in the heart of the Peak District and is one of Britain’s oldest public houses.

Within, guests will find an exceptional dining room and tap room, with a cottage and six stunning bedrooms soon to come.

Driving the venue’s food offering is bold, simple cooking that makes use of the very best ingredients.

The best local suppliers are used to ensure each dish offers a real bang of flavour.

Led by Luke Hawkins and his team, each of who have worked in some of the best restaurants in the UK and France, the care and attention to detail that goes into the Blind Bull’s food is apparent.

Menu highlights have included asparagus with charred onions and wild garlic hollandaise; lamb with turnips, kale and crispy anchovies; as well as a selection of expertly prepared desserts.
