This landmark Mayfair pub is part of the the Cubitt House group of pubs that operate in central London.

This pub has been totally restored with a handsome ground-floor bar decked out with dark wooden panelling and the original 1800s back bar. The first floor boasts an upstairs restaurant with floor to ceiling windows.

Chefs, many of who have worked at London’s best restaurants, are all personally trained by chef director Ben Tish and the Cubitt House chef team.

Chefs across the estate all prepare and cook the food on site, with its sourdough bread being purchased from Coombeshead Farm.

The pub only serves ingredients from the best food producers, farmers and suppliers. Menus change with the seasons. Its meat is supplied from Walter Rose and fish by Wright Brothers. Provenance is core to the offer with the pubs serving field based, free-range, grass-fed meat from suppliers that have animal welfare standards among the UK’s best.
