The New Inn in Hereford has a menu inspired by local flavours using seasonal ingredients from local producers. Inside the 16th Century coaching inn, it has roaring fires, cosy booths and lots of original features.
The menu is under the management of award-winning chef Michael Fowler whose love of Herefordshire means diners can expect stunning dishes that follow the seasons with vibrant colours, textures and flavours. Fowler began his culinary journey working in luxury hotels and highly acclaimed restaurants with Michelin-starred chefs.
The menu changes reflecting the best the day, week or season has to offer. Dishes on the menu include everything from venison loin to beetroot, brie & Roscoff onion to salmon ballotine.
The pub has been recognised and won a coveted award from the AA gaining 3 Rosettes for culinary excellence. It was also named the Best Restaurant with Rooms England 2023-2024 at the AA Hospitality Awards.
