Menu highlights have included home cured pancetta and brisket with aged cheddar, honey, walnuts and sourdough bread; duo of duck breast and confit leg with pink grapefruit and orange jus; and tonka mousse with white chocolate coating, sea salt caramel, sweet dough and blackcurrant sorbet.
