Head chef and co-owner Steven Lawford is a maverick in the kitchen and a true perfectionist as well as a master of flavour.
His skills know no limits, with his menus proving diners can expect a treat when visiting the venue for a long and lazy dinner or even a quick lunch.
The kitchen takes advantage of the greatest ingredients from around, as well as from a little further afield.
Menu highlights have included dressed Whitby crab sandwich with fennel slaw, brown crab mayonnaise, home grown bronze fennel and sancerre silex; halibut and lobster with lobster ravioli and bisque; and almond cake with poached pear Williams, almond praline and crème Anglaise.
