The Feathered Nest Country Inn

Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with views over the Evenlode Valley.

The Inn, originally a malthouse, was thoroughly refurbished and turned into a 3 AA Rosette dining establishment with four bedrooms to let.

Head chef Kuba Winkowski sources ingredients and produce from local suppliers, where possible, and aims to focus on assisting the local rural economy.

Typical dishes include consommé with game tortellini, buckwheat, madeira, winter truffle to start, followed by wild boar with whipped potato, pear, red onion, sour winter slaw, perry sauce for main and Valrhona Chocolate peanut butter, salted caramel, brittle to finish.
