Biography

Terry Laybourne cooked at a string of top restaurants across Europe before opening his first restaurant, 21 Queen Street, in 1988, which won a Michelin star for Laybourne’s kitchen prowess.

A skilled restaurateur as well as a chef, he owns acclaimed restaurant group 21 Hospitality, which operates several venues across the north including high-end bistro 21, Caffé Vivo, Café 21 at Fenwick, Saltwater Fish Company and Porterhouse Butcher and Grill.
