Joe Rozier: After leaving school at 16, Joe went straight into hospitality. He joined the team at Paul Ainsworth at No 6 in 2014, working on every section in the kitchen and becoming Senior Chef de Partie in 2016. A phenomenal cook, Joe’s passion for all things food and his loyal dedication to the company was rewarded with the opportunity to become Head Chef in 2019.
