The Fat Badger, part of rapidly expanding Public House Group, is situated at the top of Golborne Road in the capital – a location at the heart of local life and history for many years.
Lunchtime sees the first-floor pub turn into a dining room, with natural light flooding through the sash windows.
The second floor is the place to be for an intimate dinner where you'll find an open kitchen and bookable counter seats to make the most of your evening.
There is no dinner menu as such but instead, chef curate dishes daily including three snacks, a starter, main and dessert. Sample menus have included monkfish with Champagne and dill sauce as well as apple pie with brown butter ice cream.
The group is on a mission to reconnect pubs back to UK farmers and food producers and as part of this, much of the vegetables on the Fat Badger's menu comes from the group's own market garden in the Cotswolds while meat is sourced largely from Lake District Farms, which share its farming values.
