Head chef James Chapman has been part of the team at the Scran & Scallie for three years in the position of Head Chef.
Before joining the Scran & Scallie, James was working at Michelin star restaurant The Kitchin.
Prior to joining The Kitchin group, James gained experience working at a number of critically acclaimed restaurants across the country and studied International Hospitality Management at the University of Surrey.
