Biography

Tom Bridgwater started out studying at Birmingham college of food, he then began his professional career at Mirabelle for Marco Pierre White, learning his trade under chefs such as Marco, Phil Cooper and Barry Tonks.

Shortly after at the age of 25, Tom became head chef at Guy Richie’s restaurant.

Tom also appeared on TV’s Masterchef: The Professionals season 5 and mad it all the way to the Semi Finals.

Before his time started at the Alma, he was running the restaurant at Searcy’s at the Gherkin.

Tom’s food focus is to use the best British and seasonal produce he can, integrating it with modern, European influences to create a fantastic menu.
